WARRANTY


Our warranty covers all product defects. 

Example if the threading/stitching comes off or zipper breaks, we only require proof with pictures. 

Our warranty does not cover animal damage such as rips/tears, chewing and similar as well as normal wear and tear due to usage of the product

  • Can I return it for a refund?

    Yes, it can be returned in the original packaging and unused for a full refund. Read our full refund policy here

  • How long will it take before I receive my order?

    Orders received before 2pm EST (else will be processed the next working day) are processed the same day and will be received in 2-3 working days 


  • What is the average order for free shipping?

    There is no minimum order.  All orders within United States are shipped free

  • Can I exchange my order?

    Yes, you can. All orders can be exchanged and must be in the original packaging and unused

  • Is it machine washable?

    Yes, all our products are machine washable. Wash on cold - gentle cycle - low spin. Hang to air dry
