We have a 30-day return policy.

Returning item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds 

When You ship the returning item, it may take up to 3 days for us to receive your package.

The refund will be processed the same day it is received. It will take an additional 3 days to one week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Pls allow 7-10 days for the entire refund process to be completed. We offer a full refund less shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and issue your refund immediately. Keep in mind, it can take between 3 days to one week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Provide images of defective bed or sofa cover. Replacements are issued when it is a product defect within 2 yrs of purchase. Replacements are shipped out less shipping. Invoice will be emailed for shipping to be paid before replacement will be shipped out
